kdevelop-python software package provides Python 3 plugin for KDevelop, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdevelop-python
kdevelop-python is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kdevelop-python package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdevelop-python *
You will get with kdevelop-python package name, version, architecture and description in a table
